More info in our FAQs

Does SPEX take insurance?

Not directly.

But, we're happy to provide an invoice with proper coding that you can then send along to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Just contact us and we'll get that to you in two shakes of a dog's paw!

Do you sell SPEX shirts?

YES! Check out our shop on Bonfire where you'll find gear for both you and your animal friends!

What is your return policy?

Frames
SPEX wants you to be satisfied with your frames so please be sure to double-check frame sizing before purchasing to ensure proper fit. You can always contact us at christy@spexeyewearinc.com with any and all sizing questions before purchasing. In the case that a frame was purchased that ended up not working out for you, we have a 30-day exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note that not all exchange requests will be accepted.

Lenses
If your eye doctor changes your prescription within one month of purchasing from SPEX, we will remake your lenses with your new prescription for a $25 fee. Please contact us at christy@spexeyewearinc.com to initiate this process.

To start an exchange or lens replacement, please contact us at christy@spexeyewearinc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Service and handling fees may apply.

You can always contact us for any reason at christy@spexeyewearinc.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
